Elvis Chishala Nkandu launches Zambia’s National Youth Scheme

By Ashton Kelly Bunda in Lusaka, Zambia  +260 0977 50 80 65 YOUTH, Sport, and Arts Minister Elvis Chishala Nkandu launched the National Youth Scheme (NYS) in Mongu District of the Western Province on Saturday, 19 th February targeted at empowering 2, 500 young people. A day later on Sunday, 2oth February, 2022, Nkandu's team moved to Solwezi District in North Western Province launch the Provincial Youth Scheme.
