UNIP Ready to Offer  Workable Solutions to the Economy  ,Mike Kaira

Newly elected  United National Independence Party  (UNIP) President Mike Kaira has assured that his organization that has been managed  to settle  internal squabbles  help to contribute positively to the challenges the nation is facing through  credible checks and balances .

Speaking following a successful patty convention hosted by the Central Committee members  at the Zani Muone hotel on 22nd June 2024 Kaira who was the vice president   to  Germany based Bishop Trevor Mwamaba who was expelled from party on 4tth June 2024 following a high court judge decision  ,Kaira said his party  is in hurry to offer  workable ideas and suggestions to mitigate the energy and food crisis the nation is grappling with .

The optimistic Kaira said the experienced independence party is part of the ordinary Zambians whose currency buying power has reduced and want earnestly  contribute to wellbeing of the citizens.

“ we are   ready to start contributing to mother Zambia ,now the court has  assured they wont intervene in UNIP internal matters , others expelled from the party is Tiliyenje Kaunda , Njekwa Anamelina ,Kenneth Kaira ,Reverand Alfred Banda,Allan ,Malau , Beauty Kabwe ,Godwin Banda ,Lieutenant Colonel .Henry Muyoba Reverand Andrew Mwamba ,Jeff Kapesa, Brian Kowani   and James Mwale among others,”he told media

President appointed a new treasure Cynthia Nyondo to replace the expelled Akalemwa Mulemwa and told that are not eligible  to collect rentals or any kind of payments from the UNIP properties.
