Business Community Make Boxer Chinyemba Brand Ambassador ,Elvis Nkandu

Minister of Youth ,Sports and Arts  Elvis Nkandu has urged the corporate society  to take advantage of Dakar boxing tournament Gold medal winner Patrick Chinyemba as their brand ambassador since  he represented the whole  Southern Africa  in the tournament which was used as qualifiers to the 2024 Paris Olympics.



 Speaking during the medal presentation ceremony at Government Complex ,Lusaka Nkandu said his ministry is striving hard to support all the sports disciplines and has appealed to business community to extend an branch of financial support to the Zambia boxing federation.

The member of parliament is overjoyed that the gold medal  the flyweight pugilist Patrick Chinyemba minted in Dakar ,Senegal  has earned him $5000 dollars a huge motivation and inspiring to other boxers,the minister was quick to mention that corporate society will soon reward sprinter Nzala Samukonga with a house and that they be handing over keys to him on date to be announced any time soon.

“Chinyemba is a very resilient young man ,he has stamina for endurance and long suffering when he runs out of steam in the boxing ring and that is an mark of a successful athlete ,he deserves the gold medal and the 5000 dollars ,

Nkandu took advantage of the same event to appeal to the members of parliament to apportion of the constituency development funds (CDF) to build sports infrastructure in their various areas so that talent identification programs are intensified in all the ten provinces.
