DRAF: A Business, Career Development and Talent Identification hub beyond Zambia

In order to establish its niche as a reservoir of talent and business acumen beyond Zambia, Dignity Restoration Action Foundation (DRAF) Executive Director Lieutenant Nzenze Banda has unveiled Dignity Adventures Guidance and Sports (DAGS) clubs, mooted to encourage resourcefulness in young people and the ageing population.

Is an Influential department of the organization as it is vehicle for youth advancement in career development and sports talent identification.

DRAF has in its ranks learnt and experienced career guidance personnel that will put youths on the pathway to success as they  associate with the life members of organization among them is Mr. Nzenze Banda and Dr. Paul from Burundi.

DRAF is to home to aspiring ‘Medical doctors, health workers, pilots who want to join the aviation industry and science related fields of study and career advancement.  

The Sports Department consist minor sports activities; pool, darts, and chess as social clubs designed to lure youth interest and energy through frequently held sustainable peer association and exchange ideas with children, young people and women.

DRAF will during its life incorporate the physically disabled persons, hosts performing arts and sports competitive activities every last weekend of a month; Friday, Saturday and Sunday, to enhance talent growth and career growth.


Participation in the completion are expected to affiliate or become members by contributing a minimal K100 fee as diligent and determined sports enthusiasts travel within Africa and beyond being facing opponents in the respective games and social activities. DRAF will exchange culture ideas as a means of survival.

The Adventurous activities under the auspices of DRAF work in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts and traditional leaders through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.

In an effort to empower the members of the community both youth and elderly people,  DRAF runs a corporative society called DIGNITY, tasked with consolidation of practical  ideas capable of sourcing funds and technical resources to facilitate a productive citizenry.

CHINDI dealing in real estate is another DRAF component striving to empower members and prospecting citizens seeking to sell and acquire land at affordable prices in installments; including sale of farm land and readily built houses at reasonable prices.

IGINITE Financial Lending Institution (IFLI) is equally under the auspices of DRAF as an arm established to enable members of the community to borrow money to become entrepreneurs as well as boost their businesses.

NAI General Suppliers is another business institution that works in conjunction with DRAF, dealing in general supplying of goods and services.

NEMCAME, a Cleaning Environment giant is listed as a DRAF outlet or company, designed as a specialized firm in general cleaning of mainstream business premises and domestic clients or households. Aside from cleaning, NEMCAME professionally supplies appropriate materials, chemicals and machines.

MWOAZED Limited Company comprises of four members of DRAF led by Executive Director Zenze Banda, and is involved in a wide variety of entrepreneurial activities throughout Zambia’s ten (10) provinces and 116 districts.
